A Christmas Carol!
Vegetarian Meal and/or Table Request Form

We want your experience with "A Christmas Carol!" to be perfect, so this page has been set up for you to send some specific requests to our production team. If you would prefer a vegetarian meal, please provide information the appropriate box below. If you plan to attend with a group of friends and would like to be seated together at a table of 6-8, please have one member of your party fill out the form and let us know who will be in your party. If we have questions about your requests, we'll be back in touch!

Please list the names of those who will be joining you. We can comfortably fit 6 at a table, with up to 8 possible.

Please tell us if you need a vegetarian meal. If you need more than one for your party, please tell us how many are needed.
